DAS INSTALATIONS, INC. -Is a Custom Fabrication Shop, with a number of specialities. We designed and
developed gravity roller sets using PVC rollers instead of conventional steel. These roller sets are quieter, and significantly
lighter than steel-roller frames. PVC rollers have smooth-action bearings, allowing for more consistent gravity flow. They
are more durable than steel, and are less expensive to replace. Call us for special pricing on custom applications. If we
don't have it, we'll make it!
You'll be amazed at how light and durable these roller
sets are. No more dented steel rollers that rust and ultimately stop rolling due to dirt and debris getting lodged in the
ends. Our special process of installing the bearings in the schedule 80 tube protect them and gives them lasting durability.
This detail shows
the roller end with the bearing pressed in, slightly recessed from the roller edge, protecting it from debris that ultimately
leads to bearing failure. the 1/4" round spring-loaded shaft makes for easy installation and removal.
